The Conservation Centre of Thang Long – Ha Noi
Relics has put on display 24 architectural designs for the Central
Sector of the Thang Long – Ha Noi Imperial Citadel''s Archaeological Site
at 18 Hoang Dieu Street in order to gather public feedback.
The Ha Noi People''s Committee yesterday unveiled a
master plan on preserving the site of the ancient Thang Long Imperial
Citadel and developing part of the area into a culture and history park.
The Imperial Citadel of Thang Long will be named an
historical and cultural park under a plan approved recently by Prime
Minister Nguyen Tan Dung to promote the global value of the
1,300-year-old site in the centre of the capital city.
